All enrollments are by appointment only.
Failure to enroll in a program by the specified court date may result in a bench warrant.
All DUI / PC1000 programs are supported solely by client fees.
No County / State / Federal funds are received.
DUI Riverside County
Riverside County court conviction:
A current referral from the Impaired Driver Program is required:
DUI Pre-conviction
Pre-conviction or no longer a court requirement:
A printout of your DMV driving record (obtained from dmv.ca.gov or a local DMV office) or the pink DS367/Admin Per Se paperwork is required.
DUI Out-of-county
A current court referral or court minutes is required.
Programs Offered
PRE-CONVICTION ENROLLMENT
Individuals arrested for DUI can enroll in the AB541 First Offender Program prior to court conviction. If they are sentenced to a higher-level program, all sessions attended, and fees paid will transfer to the higher-level program provided the conviction date is the same and no new DUI offense has occurred.
WET RECKLESS (SB1176)
Individuals convicted of a “wet-reckless” DUI offense may be required to complete 12 hours of alcohol/drug education (.07 or lower BAC). Education sessions are once per week, two hours per session.
FIRST OFFENDER 3 1/2 MONTH PROGRAM (AB541)
Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense may be required to complete 31.50 hours which consists of a one-hour intake/assessment, 12 hours of education, 18 hours of group, one 15-minute individual and one 15-minute exit appointment. Group/Education sessions are once per week, two hours per session.
FIRST OFFENDER 6-MONTH PROGRAM (AB762)
Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense with a BAC of 0.20% or greater may be required to complete 47.50 hours which consists of a one-hour intake/assessment, 12 hours of education, 32 hours of group, 4 individual sessions (30 minutes each) and one 30-minute exit appointment. Group/Education sessions are once per week, two hours per session.
FIRST OFFENDER 9-MONTH PROGRAM (AB1353)
Individuals convicted of a first DUI offense with a BAC of .020 or greater may be required to complete 62.50 hours which consists of a one-hour intake/assessment, 12 hours of education, 44 hours of group, 10 individual sessions (30 minutes each) and one 30-minute exit appointment. Group/Education sessions are once per week, two hours per session.
SECOND OFFENDER 18-MONTH PROGRAM (SB38/SB1344)
Individuals convicted of two or more DUI’s within 10 years may be required to complete 76.50 hours which consists of a one-hour intake/assessment, 12 hours of education, 52 hours of group, 25 individual sessions (15 minutes each), 5 hours of Re-Entry/Phase II group and one 15-minute exit appointment.
Deferred Entry of Judgement/Drug Diversion (PC1000)
As a condition of probation, individuals convicted of a misdemeanor drug offense may be required to complete 38.5 hours which consists of a one-hour intake/assessment, 12 hours of education, 24 hours of group, 3 individual sessions (30 minutes each) and one 30-minute exit appointment.
